Morel’s paintings, although just a small segment of the Vatican’s enormous collection of some 18,000 pieces, is priceless. Thus, losing or damaging some of it does have a price.

Not long ago, the Art Gallery of Ontario housed The Invisible Made Visible: Angels From The Vatican. Another Vatican collection was recently exhibited at the Knights of Columbus Museum in New Haven, Conn. Washington’s [John Paul II] centre, already called the “mini-Vatican,” will host a constantly rotating collection culled from Vatican walls and archives.

Here, one is never far from one image or another of St. Peter terrified renunciation of Christ. This is human stuff. This is a city within a city dedicated to a terrified man full of guilt as Peter himself in search of redemption and salvation. Here is where Michelangelo only signed his name beneath the Piet because, so the story goes, no one in the crowd that first saw it knew who carved it. Here, in the basement of the Vatican, is where Morello comes to another image and points to the horizontal pain in Christ’s chest.

According to Lumen Gentium, salvation is a Dogmatic Constitution on the church that was promulgated by Pope Paul VI in 1964 on November 21. Lumen Gentium considers saved people to be related since they share the same savior; God. It suggests that people are to be called just as the promises were made by Christ Jesus since they were born out of flesh. Every person in the world still remains dear to God since God does not repent of the gifts but God issues. Since God is the one who gives inspiration and life, it is required that all people be saved. In the Lumen Gentium, it is indicated that every person who does what is right and fears God is given a welcome and thereby considered saved. All human beings of all races are called so that they can belong to the church. The will of God is to save all the human beings and not some individuals

According to the Bible (The Christian holy book), salvation is sometimes equated to deliverance which is the physical or temporal deliverance like where Paul was delivered from the prison. In the Bible, it is also used to show promotion, good health and victory. The Christian doctrine concerning salvation indicates that it is Gods judgment of the sins. It can thus be argued that salvation according to the Bible is being delivered from the consequences of evils, from a personal point of view; it is clear that God did make a promise to the believers in relation to salvation. To be saved in other words implies the act of receiving eternal life and the process that human beings go through before they can be granted that eternal life. Those who will be saved by God will be glorified and termed as the children of God. This can be justified by the fact that once an individual fails to gain eternal life, they will have to perish and die.

With regards to the Catholic Church, salvation needs to involve the human heart. Faith is extremely beneficial in salvation because it recruits those who believe in the life of Christ. The Lumen Gentium states that the glory of God has to be promoted so that salvation can be procured to all those who are mindful of the Lords commandments. The Lumen Gentium continues to state that the church is required to strengthen its mission in a manner that demonstrates consideration and care. God sent His son to earth to accomplish the mission, and when it was through, the Holy Spirit was sent to purify the church so that all those who were believers could get an access to the Father.

According to the Bible, salvation has been made possible to all the people in the world. St. Paul states that it is the desire of God to accommodate all people saved so that they may know the truth. People are usually deceived by evil where their reasoning is altered, and they exchange God’s truth for lies. This results in serving of creatures instead of God who is the creator; this leads to despair in the end.

From my personal opinion, salvation emanates from the grace of God, and it cannot happen when there is no faith. In order to receive that grace, there has to be cooperation. Some of the Souls were destined to everlasting damnation where near would be no justification to blame on damnation. According to the Lumen Gentium, the human nature is united to the son of God since He overcame death and resurrected. This helped to redeem man and remold him into a new creature. The Body of Christ is poured on all believers; via the sacrament, all individuals are united in a real or hidden way to Christ. It is through baptism that all people all formed in the likeness of Jesus Christ.

From a personal opinion, salvation occurs when an individual believes in his/her heart that Christ Jesus died on the cross for his/her sins. God is responsible for impressing upon an individual’s heart the gospels truth during salvation for an individual to become saved. In the Bible, John (6: 44) said that Jesus stated that the doctrine was not His, but God had sent it Him. If an individual is willing to follow God’s will, it is required that they know all things pertaining to the doctrine. It is essential to know whether it came from God or it was spoken on an individual’s own authority (This Is the Church 6).

Many people believe that baptism is now a must for salvation, and all that is required is an observation of the commandments for salvation to occur. The biblical plan regarding salvation states that salvation is offered to those sinners who are repenting based on their sins. It can thus be argued that the sinners who repent place their faiths in the completed works of Jesus Christ. Hence for redemption to happen, there has to be a memorable prayer as well as believing. When individuals turn to God, repent and believe in Christ, they are considered to be saved.
